Due to the extreme work pressure and hectic working schedules the employees of my company frequently suffer from stress and fatigue and because of which the output of my company gets trembled. I want to exterminate the stress concerning problems in my organization. Any help that you can give me with respect to stress management for my employees would be appreciated.

hi, as an owner of a small company myself I have tried many things for my employees. Last year on Fridays I brought all of them(23 employees in all)lunch & let them go home 2 1/2 hours early at 2:00.I am not sure this did much as every monday there were usualy 20% of employees not showing up for work! I feel right now that if you are working, you should be grateful you have work!
Myself, I cannot wait to get outta here & move somewhere to Baja!

HI, I read your post and have worked in some companies that really worked well and where the employees were very happy and cared about the business. In those companies, the staff had regular, weekly meetings where they were able to talk about what was working and what was not with their jobs (not a bitching session as much as a process to find a way to help people get things out in the open so that they could find a better way of doing their job that was less stressful). Though there is usually not a way to make everyone happy all of the time, there is something about people feeling heard. People in the company would actually brainstorm ways to come to some sort of win-win or at least a place where people felt less like an impersonal machine than like a real person who is a needed part in the smooth running of the business. Maybe they want less hours (you mentioned hectic schedules)maybe less hours or more consistant schedules for your staff and another person or two to offset the overwork feeling. There are temp agencies that can place temp staff to help catch things up so that the regular staff can keep up with their own work and not feel stretched to screaming.
