I was wondering if anyone had info on the el torote developemant approx. 1 mile north of los barriles.Looking for pics as well as which lots are still available. thanks

Be careful with those El Torote lots. I heard that they are in the arroyo--that's why they're so cheap. And why they're still available at that price. Not saying you shouldn't learn more...I would just be careful to do some extra research.

An arroyo is the dry riverbed. When a hurricane comes it washes everything out to sea. No crap, they will sell you stuff like that. Buyer be ware
