Driving back and forth from My home in Loreto to Orange County,I have made the 15K side trip from HWY 1 to Santa Rosaillita to see how far the new Harbor was a long. Last Friday I checked it out on My way to Loreto for Easter. The harbor was under heavy construction with fuel tanks being set (Pemex) One diesel one gas. Lots of work being performed. My question. Does anyone know of property for sale or lease in Village or on mesa above????? any contacts???

That little 'harbor' has been redredged over and over... I wonder how long before they realize it is done all wrong, in the wrong place. Just a money pit to make someone feel good in the capital city!
