I am working with an university construction management program. We have been doing service projects in the Guaymas area for many years and would like to do similiar work in Baja. The plan is to cross by ferry from Guaymas to Santa Rosalia so am looking for contacts from Mulege North. We prefer governemnt leaders, doctors or clergy.
