try this sauce for crab or lobster
1ucp butter softened
2 head oven roasted garlic with olive oil pureed
hand full of parley chopped
couple of pinch's mexican oregano
mix together and serve as dipping sauce or heat crab claws and coat with sauce it's great.
Enjoy and wash out with favorite cold beverage.
