I lived in La Purisima for about 6 months about 21 years ago as a colegestudent performing volunteer work. We were building a community center/ library next to the Catholic Mission. I hope to visit the village again when my children are older and my budget will allow. However, I have a few questions for anyone that has been in the area: Has phone service arrived in La Purisima? If so, any idea on how can one get phone numbers? Any photos of the town that you can share wth me? The village was beautiful 20 yeas ago but very difficult and rugged living conditions. No electricity or running water, no refrigeration, etc... I celebrated my 21st birthday drinking a warm beer in La Purisima. Thank
