Take a look at loretobay.com as all the property was purchased by a Canadian group who bought all the beachfront lots & residential lots that hadn't sold in Nopolo (3 miles south of Loreto). They hav big plans for development of this area. Get in on the ground floor before it becomes another Cabo. (no I don't sell for them. I own a house in Nopolo) Phil S

HOLA, I posted back to you somewhere else i believe, check out Costa Cardonal in Punta Chivato/Santa Ines Bay. there's a link to their site at Punta Chivato web site also. great lot sizes, reasonably (for now) priced! still some beachfront lots left within a great community. good luck and happy hunting.

There is Costa Cardonal and Chivato Bay + resales of lots and homes. Its a beautiful spot and still not over developed. Wish I had a space there.
