Every time I go to SD (once yearly) I drive down through Rosarito and Ensenada, and each time I am overwhelmed at the continued growth. As a result we already bought 2 lots in San Marino, and are looking for an ocean front lot... need eyeballs as I am in Wash DC...

Rosarito is booming; prices are really taking off. Southern San Diegoians seem to have discovered that they can have a beautiful place here for less than they could buy a 1000 foot condo in San Diego.
