I'm planning a trip down in November and need to rent touring kayaks (with skirts and gear space). I've found a few places in BdLA that rent kayaks but only the sit-on-top type. I'm able to rent boats in San Diego but would like to get around hauling them down on a rental vehicle. Anyone know a source?

Also, permits needed for camping on the islands? Heard something about the turtle center involved in limiting access at certain times? or am i out in left field?

I came across your request for decked kayaks in BdLA, Baja. Did you ever locate any? I'm going in March.

I also don't want to haul kayaks from San Diego.
