Does anyone have information about properties being sold over the bay in Rincon. We have a lot there and have heard several stories lately. We are unable to go down for a few months and we are wondering what is going on.

Here are the RUMORS we have at this time. One of the boys has sold 66 acres for $200,000 to
a group. It supposedly has 8 houses or trailers
on it.Somewhere by Dennis and Rainy, by the end.
The rest of the rincon 180 acres is up for sale
as it all has for many years. Papa said in the
early 80s that we would have until the turn of
the century before anything happened around there, didn't miss it by much. We are by the
estero and love our time there. When it's all
sold we move on or???????????????????????
