Help us out here... We are thinking of going to Bahia after Christmas through New Years. What is the weather and wind like? We see various references to Bahia being a windy place - is it frequently windy at this time of year?

Also,if we had to pick a time of year to so, what is the best time when it is warm enough to swim but not hot and least windy?

Thanks so much to your expertise. Thanks, Tony

I have camped there over New Years, Spring Break and in July 4th week... Enjoyed all times...

It did rain on us one day during New Years about 3 years ago, but nice the other times... Just cold at night and too cold to swim.

Spring Break has the water a bit warmed but still chilly... However that is sting ray mating season, so be careful on the sandy beaches. A wind had come up the day after we left one year with very strong force, we heard... We lucked out.

July is my favorite time... warm to hot air, warm water and don't recall any wind then.

The BEST two months of the year, most people will say is October and May.

To me, any month I am in Baja... is the best!!!
