http://www.campdaggetts.com/ I have stayed here several times and really enjoy it. On the north side of town with easy access. It has been a few years since I have stayed here and I understand the road is now paved and there's now a Pemex station in town
My dive partner and I were there last week. The showers and water are on and off. Wasn't a big deal as we had a sun shower. Close enough to town, quiet, that is assuming there aren't the same 4 drunk guys trying to tarp their boat at 10:30 with the wind howling and them cussing.

bambooking@sbcglobal.net I wanted to ask you if you were able to get your tanks filled in Bahia somewhere, and if so what was your take on the people doing it? We are planning to head down there in mid August and would like to just take one or two tanks instead of enough for six days of diving.( six tanks) We have enjoyed Daggett's in the past and usually car camp there and use the owner, Ruben, as our dive guide. He is very knowledgable on all the good dive spots. However, last year when we were there he was talking about retiring so we may be looking for a new local dive operator. Thanks, el rey del bamboo (bamboo king)
