I am looking to purchase a beach front or close to it vacant lot or house in the area from Laguna Percebu to South of the Doctor's office. If you know the area then you should know where that is. I think around Km 43, could be wrong about that.

2. Price for the home?
4. Bed/bath count?
5. What is your current lease?
6. We have friends down there. They are North of the Cantina as well and are beach front. They have the largest palapa in Percebu. It's probably 25' x 75' and can be seen from the beach. If you happen to know the location, where are you from there?

Yes, a total of 6 beachfront lots, one of the biggest there. The FIRST real house in Percebu. We are getting ready to sign the lease so terms are negotiable with the Lopez family. 3bdrm 2bath huge brick patio w/ fire pit, a great house for entertaining.
