I have six contiguous lots for sale in the town of Loreto . Prices start at $17,000 for a lot of 2,580 sq ft. My lots are in a residential neighborhood and have paved streets and concrete sidewalks, underground water and sewer, above ground electricity and telephone service. My lots are priced economically and are intended for people that need to get the best value for thier dollar and can't afford beach front property. Land on the beach in Loreto is $46 USD per sq ft, land in town and 1 mile from the beach in a residential area described above is $6.00 per sq ft, construction costs are about $72 per sq ft for simple floor plans.
