is property in rosarita city limits or ensenada,rosarita is said to be high crime area in the foot hills where as ensenada being more secure.that being said do you have pictures of property sketch of house lay out on property,and pics of ocean view.thank you leon

Any time a lease is transferred to a new owner, the lease terms start over. In general terms, the first year annual lease payment is $1,320. The next nine years the annual payment increases by 10%. At 10 years, the lease is renewable for 10 more years with no increase. After this 10 year period, the lease is renewable again for 10 more years with no increase. Essentially, the 1st 10 years the payment increases 10%, then the next 20 years the annual payment is fixed. At the end of the entire lease, it can be negotiated for new terms. At any you can sell, transfer or will your lease and the lease will start over for the new lease holders. We are lease holders. The weather is great this morning. The sun is shining, the waves are rolling on the beach below our ridge. It is a beautiful day to walk on the beach. You really need to see this property!

I just transplanted more flowers today in sunny Baja. The weather is cooler in the 60's, but still t-shirt weather. We are expecting rain this weekend, but so is the rest of So Cal. That will help water my colorful flowers. I say this because many other areas in the US are cold, snowy, etc. We can enjoy the ocean today, go for a horseback ride, watch the surfers and dolphins near-by. This property is a paradise to us.
