cwo3, you have lots of options in baja. in this economy, pick of the litter is the the word of the day. check out lots of places and prices. building is cost effective especially with the pesos/dollar conversion. make sure the environmental studies have been completed and all permits required have been obtained by developer prior to your purchase or you will be stuck with them and they are expensive. we are www.costatranquila.org and are on the sea of cortez just south of santa rosalia. there are lots of beautiful places and for reasonable prices , take your time, do your homework and you will find your dream place feel free to contact us for questions and help
