Hi Skids, thanks for the email. It is not on a lease. I don't know how familiar you are with BOLA and with Ejido property/titles. This is my understanding: the Mexican who is selling it is named on the property thru the ejido, so the paperwork has to go to Mexico City and be cleared and then the process starts to put you or someone on the title. Darn, I took my camera to town today and forgot to get any pictures. I will be going to town again next week and will try to get some posted. The property sits up the hill from the Christian Church. I have never seen the inside but the owner will be here around the 11th of August. I live out of town but I have many friends who live in town and really enjoy it. The view is great and the price is great too. I would recommend anyone interested to consult legal advise regarding the title.
