Looking for anyone that would like a responsible house sitter for their place on the East Cape. I am a non-drinking, educated, mature 37 year old American guy seeking a cheap or free(!) place to park myself for a while and write. I have fallen in love with the east cape, having just spent the past two weeks in Cabo Pulmo. I'm needing to chuck in my corporate life and head south.

i might even be interested in cheap ocean view land somewhere off the beaten path.
