Juan Castaneda was our manager for over 2 years for our condo. I switched managers last year and he has refused to turn over my account, provide proof of payment of associaion fees and bills, etc. He has refused my phone calls and has not answered numerous emails from myself, our new manager, real estate agents, and the President of the Los Cabo MLS. I just found out by registered mail that he did NOT pay any association fees for 2 years like he said. He refused to give me an accounting statement.
