I am helping a few local Mexicans who speak no English, inorder for them to sell raw land. In Todos Santos there is a area named Nuevo San Juan. In this area one can purchase a m/2 for about $4.00, or less. There is no water and the power poles are near by. Some lots have a panoramic view of the coast line while others have views of the valley and mountains.
There is a very big radio antenna near by on a hill for a land mark. I can get many different lots in all sizes from
