The property is available now. We just got the listing and I have not seen it yet but the owner told me that there are no buildings on it. ALL of Baja is in the restricted zone but you can own it through a corporation and/or fideicomiso (bank trust). In this case, you would have to do both because there is a size limit for the land associated with a fideicomiso.

I'll keep an eye out for a smaller turnkey ranch for you. I'll look for both a purchase and a lease.
