I'm a semi-retired builder who wants to relocate to Baja (preferably the San Felipe/Puertocitos area) and is looking for a live/work opportunity. I've been visiting the area several times a year for over 20 years, and am ready to make a more permanent move. I just need a small income to make it possible.

I'm experienced in all phases of construction and am interested in any related work including property maintenance, security or repairs in exchange for a place to park my trailer plus wages.

I understand all the legal issues of permits, etc, and am willing and able to start that process if I know I have opportunities.

good luck with the effort to get a work permit, especially in the construction field.immigration folks are pretty tight with the permits. i hve an fm-2 and iam allowed to hire people to work for me, but if a mexican can do it, i have to hire one. unless you do favors and no one complains etc
