With this recession these past few years, I find myself seeking someone to share my good fortune in my quarter of an acre of land just one block away from the surf. The parcel is in the town of Todos Santos, in Lower Baja. There is both water and power lines at the lot. The lot is between the main road and surf making it a perfect location. I do have may pictures as well as legal plot maps. I have a total investment of of $55,000 in my raw land so I would need someone with this same amount to share my lot on a 50/50 basis. I have both USA as well as Mexican passports and I own this lot as a Mexican national. All business will be honest and legal for all, again it is only that this recession is a bad one.
