These people have several rental homes & may have something available right now.
Very nice people , very helpful and easy to deal with too. They also prefer long term rentals but would be happy to work with you I'm sure.

Did you find a long term rental. I know of a nice one that is almost ready and was just built.

We looked around and found some possible ones. What do you have in mind?

WE have just built a house in El Dorado Ranch and are getting ready to furnish is. We will be there in several weeks. If you are in a hurry this is not the house for you as we are bringing stuff to it this month. BUT it is nice and it is new. How long are you looking to rent for? A year or 6 months> Nancy

we are looking for a 12 month lease and wouldn't move until next summer (2009)so there is still plenty of time. Where did you build at? We are members of El Dorado and were just there a couple of weeks ago. We are vacationing there once again this New Year.

WE are back about three miles from the hiway in the 78s. We are waiting for the weather to cool. I am thinking we will be there for the shrimp fest which is the 7, 8, and 9 of Nov. We will be there for a week. We have a huge load of furniture to take to the house. The appliences are there already. We are coming from Nothern California. If you think you might be interested I will chat with my husband. We had really not thought about renting for long term but might consider it. Nancy
