Hi All,
Okay, this may sound strange, but we have just acquired about 10 acres of property on the main highway south of Todos Sandos and Pescadero(heading towards Cabo). Location is close to Rancho Nuevo, for those of you who are familiar, but on the east side of the highway. We are trying to decide what use to put it to and would love some advice. We are thinking about splitting it into lots for sale (really original, huh?) but if so, we are not sure how big to make them since we are not certain what most folks are looking for. Also, if anyone has ideas for some sort of a business that might be needed in that corridor, please feel free to throw them at us. So far, we have heard everything from a Drive-in movie theater (different) to a brick-manufacturing business. Thanks in advance for sharing

Hi,
As a broker in the area and an architect as well, that is a tough area for lot sales with no beach access. Are there beach views?

Have you investigated farming possibilities? Any water there? Leasing out the land for farming? I am also an ex-farmer and do alot of research on new crops that could be a winner here. Maybe this is something that could be of interst to you too as active or passive income.
