I am looking for a decent lot in Ensenada with a view of the ocean or possibly on the ocean. I do not want something that is miles away.How much should i expect to pay & what are the going prices per square foot to build? Also, are prices heading down in Mexico?

Hi Teniente, what a small world!
Have been looking all around baja for hopefully sooner than later "retirement" property. There are so many questions i'd like to ask you but maybe later.
It seems that one minute there will be a place close to ocean w/good price & next you see another same somewhat location asking triple the price!What should I expect to pay for land? what is consedered a "typical size lot?"What are good areas of ensenada?How do you like it there? How much to build there & who do you hire? Soooo many questions!!!
