A song is what ever your offer is on any one piece of property either a fixer upper or a bare lot. Price may vary from 15k to 100k.

The price of $15,000 is cheap here remember we are near Cabo San Lucas. If you only want to spend 15,000 then you must travel a few hours north of Todos Santos.

There are many opportunites here but one just cannot take short cuts, I strongly recommend that you come here and stay for six months and talk with everyone in your area of expertise.

Sorry for this late note to you but I must say that I have returned into the USA due to very slow economic conditions in Baja. Many realty offices have shut down due to these slow times in sales and investment. Many people are just not spending money right now. In about four months time I will travel back into Baja to live and work.
When I was living in the Todos Santos area I found that there were many sales by Mexicans and that they were doing this without realtors. I found many great deals and they are all in my mind there is no real web site just my information.
Large ranches for over 30 million with beach front or just a small ranch. Beach lots, or large parcels away from the beach.
I myself hope to get into the development aspect so if you have freinds in Canada who want to invest then we can work together. Sure there are many English speaking offices inn Baja then again a person must know how to find real deals by working with all the locals or Mexicans. The reason that I'm not contacting people about Baja real estate is that I am now living in Northern Calif. trying to repair all my damage I did to me back account. I do not plan to return into Baja until next year.
