What are tipping customs in Mexico/Baja: taxi, baggage handler, restaurant, bar, maid service, etc?

It's about the same as the states,things are cheaper most of the time ,so the tips are abit smaller. I like to tip extra when I feel someon e has done a fine job.

Tipping the taxi driver, baggage handler and waiter is usually okay and actually expected but I believe tipping Customs could be considered a bribe.
