Puesrto Los Cabos is way way behind schedule . The water is fresh water that is in it now, the dam tht is going to get the water looks done from a distance . My guess is two years, word is out the the marina is bankrupt Or rather out of funds at the moment. It will open eventually.
Hell it took years to get the name La playita off the map .
