can you still get tourist card there

Not sure... it was asked for on our drive south last July. We got ours at the Tijuana border.. very fast and easy... Just pull over into the secondary parking 'something to declare', far right lane off Hwy. 805... Walk to the INM office on the far right of the strip of offices (that face the secondary parking area) with your passport or birth cert. and photo ID. Pay at the window 6 doors to the left, then back to the INM office for the final stamp. Maybe 15 minutes max. If you wait until Guerrero Negro to obtain it, you will have driven 300+ miles illegally as a Tourist Card is required south of Maneadero (10 mi. so. of Ensenada)...
