Hi...

We own the Pemex Station in El Rosario, and also the small motel next to
it, formerly known as "Servicio Meza" and "Motel El Rosario".

In october of 2003, as a prelude of things to come, we integrated the two bussiness
and changed our name and image to "BajaCactus Tourist Services".

We have been in bussiness in this town since the beginnings of the 20th
century (around 1902). For the last 10 years we have been working very
hard in establishing a better quality of service on our bussiness. As a first
result we finished the gas station, and are still working in new projects.

Now, after 2 years of planning and constructing, we are about to finish
the 1st stage in our motel, with 16th very, very different kind of rooms; and
for now we will also keep 6 of the old ones, giving us a total of 22 rooms.

Our web site is not yet developed, we will work on it as soon as we have
advanced a little bit more in our plans.

For now I can tell you that all of our new rooms will have 29 inch tv's
with satellite channels(9), phones, in room internet access (through a LAN),
air conditioning (hot and cold), fans on the ceilings, orthopedic deluxe king
size beds in all our rooms and of course all the usuals (hot an cold water,
amenities, 24 hrs front desk services and security, etc.).

We have already finished 4 of this rooms (one bed) and the reception.
These are already in operation.

We are now capable of taking VISA and MASTERCARD debit or credit cards, as
well as AMERICAN EXPRESS and CITIBANK travelers cheques, at both the gas
station and the motel.

For a time, we will keep very low prices on these new rooms, as a
promotional campaign (around $30 usd per night), so you are all invited to know our
new services for a very low price.

If there is anyone who needs any information about El Rosario, or even
from any place in Baja (we have been in Baja for a very, very, very, long time), please let us
know and we will gladly try help you out.

We would love to hear your comments and/or questions.

Thanks.

Antonio Muñoz

Antonio, we arrived late and found your Motel. We were tired and just wanted a bed to rest. I was more than pleased at your rooms and the host
who made us feel very comfortable. I have yet to encounter great rooms such as your Motel. I will most definitely spread the word on your establisment of this Great Motel. Also the morning breakfast at Mama Esperanza'a was great. Once again, thank you for your wonderful Motel. Oscar Jimenez
