We are heading to San Felipe for the labor day weekend. Can anyone recommend a good campsite, we are bringing a tent.

We tried booking a hotel, it was all full,..if anyone know of available hotel, preferrably by the beach.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks

Try Laguna Percebu, 15 mi. so. of town. There is a big sign on the left, can't miss it. Camping, showers, cantina/resaurant usually open on holidays. Nice lagoon and beach, very friendly.

WOW! You updated your site! It looks great!

Looks like you've definately done your homework, and got a good thing going..

Have you thought about what you're going to charge for a weeks/months stay in one of your casitas? Are you going to be subleasing any property or selling any lots?

Thanks for replying - its good to see other people who have done their homework like you have..

I'm planning on making the entire trip to cabo in my Bronco sometime next year, and I'd like to stop by your private beach and pitch a tent if you don't mind - we'll talk more later I'm sure..

Overall, I'm impressed with your business plan - looks like you're going to live off solar and propane, both of which are environmentally friendly, and just plain "Cool"

Best of luck with your project - well thought out. I can't wait to see the finished product after seeing the drawings and plans - it will be really cool to watch you pull it off...

Absolutely Awesome!

(Just got home from San Felipe for Labor day, and I'm missing the stars already - I can only see about a million here in Temecula, and there were sooo many trillions of stars in San Felipe - I can't imagine what the stars are like down there.. Guess I'll just have to see for myself!

Thanks for the nice words.

Our plans are to document the entire building project to assist others in avoiding the pitfalls. You sure will know if we fail.

We hope it will help someone, somewhere.

It will go slow until we retire in 2007. We only get a few weeks off each year...but then we will finish it quickly.

You would be surprized how many ideas people have sent us and how our project has changed because of them.

We want the project to be like a retreat.

We will not subdivide and haven't got a clue about rental prices at this time. We will need to make enough to pay for the grounds keeper and the maid.

There are alot of stars......amazing.

Good luck

Bob and Susan
