The day the Homeland Security Travel Warning went out not to travel in Mexico I drove to San Vicente from Southern Cali. Great road trip, absolutely no problems and OUTSTANDING seafood at our stop at Ensenada. Just watch those pot holes on the toll road through Ensenada.
