Does anyone know of a shuttle or limousine service, or a bus, from the airport at Cabo San Lucas to La Paz? Who operates, how do I reserve or don't I need to, what's the price? Flying into La Paz is absurdly expensive so I want to fly into Cabo instead, but want to avoid renting a car to get to La Paz. Any advice will be gratefully accepted.

there is no airport in Cabo San Lucas. There is, however, a major airport in San Jose del Cabo which is about 30 minutes north of Cabo San Lucas. It is also 30 minutes closer to La Paz--good thing. Yes, you can pay someone to take you to La Paz or rent a car.
