Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) flies into Loreto for the next xmas holiday. I am having difficulty finding vacation type rentals. Any recommendations? We prefer beach front and would like to spend some time at bahia concepcion. Thanks.
I haven't stayed here, but Shari led a group of us to see the whales at Guerro Negro (she wrote the rules that govern the whales), and she and her husband have a bed and breakfast you might be interested in. I can't imagine that it's anything but wonderful because they are wonderful. (Tell her Pat and Terry who met them at the restaurant at Guerro Negro for the whale trip a year ago gave you the name.)
Check out www.mulege.org and get in touch with Bob and Sue Frambes. Their Frambes Lighthouse Resort is close to the mouth of Bahia Concepcion, and opened in late 2007. It is FIRST CLASS . And your hosts are the best. A gorgeous pool and use of water toys is part of the experience.
Join the Vagabundos, they have two very nice castas in Loreto. also a pool, beach 3 blocks away. easy shopping and nice resturants only 1--2 blocks away, bank 3 blocks the cost for membership is 35.00 and the casita rent is 350.00 for seven days.
