Road is damaged but open and passable now...

It did look like this on Easter and the day after, however:

Yes, the road/Hwy is open we have people coming thru Mexicali to San Felipe everyday.

Confirm... BajaLou just posted (on another forum) that the road is open from Mexicali... only some cracks marked by cones.. The photo above was sent to me from a San Felipe poster, but was probably a side road in the Mexicali Valley, not Hwy. 5, which is a 4 lane hwy. in that area.
