My amiga has a dog in Chiapas and has decided to give her dog up to a friend that lives in the Estados Unidos.

Can someone tell me the steps necessary to accomplish this?

Most good vets in mexico will issue you a rabbies certificate with the dogs picture..Thats it..Most of the time The US border patrol, wont evan ask. but best be prepaired if they do..

The picture and the rabies certificate are enough to get through the border checkpoint if they ask?
