Anybody knows (for sure) what are the opening hrs are for the Mexican Visa Office at the San Ysidro crossing?

Are they open 24/7, and the bank as well?

No, we are just busy on the other Baja Internet sites... The Tijuana (south of San Ysidro) INM (immigration) and bank teller for paying the fee is open 24/7. If the office facing the parking structure is empty, walk through to the other side facing the pedesrian enty.
