With the apparent shortage of diesel in TJ, Rosarito and Ensenada (been reading the San Diego Union Tribune articles over the past three weeks) does anybody know the situation say south of San Qunintin or El Rosario and going into Guerro Negro and further south. If so, please elaborate. Planning trip driving from San Diego to East Cape. Thanks!

The owner of the El Rosario Pemex (Baja Cactus) has posted recently on the other Baja forums that he has a good supply of all fuel... no outages.

El Rosario may limit diesel purchases to 50 litres, to have some for all who need it there.
