I did an internet search for places in Mexico that sell kits and do a 30 day cellering and found nothing. We have all kinds here in Toronto. Please, someone give me some good news on this.

Hello! I'm not sure what kit means, but if you are visiting Baja I'd recommend that you visit the Valle de Guadalupe. There is a big L.A. Cetto winery, but there are also many vineyards owned by families who produce their own wine, jellies, olives, cheese, and other tasty stuff! You can find the Valle de Guadalupe almost as you reach Ensenada from the north (coming from Rosarito)I haven't been there in a while but it shouldnt be hard to find your way around. Also a friend of our family whose name is Joanna Jones just opened her own winery I think, I know she produced a collection of wine named "Two to Tango" and I heard it was really good! I am now studing in Jalisco and I haven't been to Rosarito in a while so I don´t know where she produces the wine but she has a café on the scenic road from Rosarito to Ensenada, here is her info: Joanna Jones Galeria y Cafe, KM 47.6 Carr. Libre Tij-Ens Villa Borja, Cantamar Mex cell: 646-193-0072 US: 619-819-2994 joann.joannajones@gmail.com She is a really nice person See you
