Last time I have been to the concepcion area was 10 years ago, and stayed at playa armenta, it was great. I am planning a trip for the new year to bahia concepcion but am wondering what wind conditions I will encounter and what would be the best beach for windsurfing. I would appreciate any info, thanks.

Playa San Buenaventura at the south end of Bahia Concepcion is perhaps your best bet. Sandy beach and accommodations. During Dec/Jan., heavy winds come from the north down the Sea of Cortez. There are other beaches with individual wind conditions. You'll have to be flexible and moving around should not be a problem.
