what is the closest place from the border in Baja CA where i can take my kids for Snorkel ?

Tahir the sea of Cortez is the only place to go Pacific side is way to ruogh and COLD. Try looking at San Felipe area or over to the Puerto Panasco (though not Baja).

i went to SFelipe no luck with Snorkel info, and you are right about Pacific!
