planning a drive to san ignacio in baja sur early february and wanted to kknow if any of the west coast rains have damaged any of the road...

Hi,
We just got back and the road were in good shape to San Ignacio except for the large vado right before Catavina. It is damaged, but just go slowly. Also, it was the weekend when we came back and there were repair signs up, but no workers, so maybe it will be repaired quickly. One thing---we went through TJ on our way down several weeks ago and returned through Tecate---no problems. The rains have made Baja greener than I have ever seen it, and there are lots of wildflowers. ENJOY Diane |
