Flying to SJDelCabo March 2, flying out March 15.
I want to drive from Cabo San Lucas to Punta Gorda, on to Cabo Pulmo along the coast.
I have a Chevy Pop reserved (Avis) do you know if I can make it in that thing? Does the rental company allow it to be driven off road (Yes I can ask them, but I value your opinion)

4X4 is not needed but in that little chevy the east cape road will beat the hell out of you. Better to rent a jeep then you can get off the beaten path. Find yourself a nice arroyo to drive down and have a chunk of beach all to yourself. fishin rich

Sounds good BUT it's $200 more to rent the jeep from Avis. I can't afford that. Any good 4x4 rental companies by SJD airport?
