Watch out for Federal Highway Patrol using radar in the area south of Guerrero Negro to Santa Rosalia. Usually staked out in low speed zones. Sometimes hard to see until they get cha.

We also ran into speed traps in Tijuana on the road leading to the toll road. Its the downhill section of the road next to the border fence. Hard to see, but its posted at 40 km/hr.
