I've read on one of the other Baja boards that there may be a moratorium in place for new building along the Mulege River and estuary. Anyone know about this? Any details? Who or which office (Loreto?) controls or enforces this? Is it part of larger Mulege area planning in place? How do we find out more? JBill

I have not heard of this, there is building going on near the river where it has flooded in the past..

I am currently in Mulege and have asked those who should know if they have heard of a moratorium. No one here has even heard of such plans.
