Hola, Burned out single over 55 (56) male ceramic artist "American", looking for long term rental in Mulege (years If Possible), I am willing to pay cash for up-front for a 1 year lease if the price and home is right and I have an option to continue leasing. (Pics Would Help!!). I can leave the home for weeks at a time should you want to make extra money renting out to vacationers...thats no problemo for me. I am extremely flexible. I do need electricity or propane at the home and do not want to live in a total junker. I will also maintain the property for you, I am reliable to the extreme. I love Baja.
