I have been in Mulege now for 1 1/2 week . I have everything covered but 2 spots . should have the last 2 covered by next wed . I have 3 trailers for rent right now .
I know where Ice HOuse road is...why don't you just send me a photo of your place. How far from the main street is it? or how about how far from the ice house..is it near the river? do americans live around there? how much is the trailer? how big is it....or is it just the trailer site? waveawand@yahoo.com thanks!
If you know were the ice house road is its easy . After you turn onto the icehouse road you will cross 3 topes at the 3rd 1 is a small store white/red Ultramarinos El Crucero next road is about 100yards you will see a sign on the west side turn north or right big wall on left side with a 33 ft black gate. There are signs next to the wall they say Blue Heaven Park . will have to wait to send the picture . I need to unpack the desk computer . You ask how far its about 5o ft from ice h road .river no we are a lake front when it floods so nice hig and dry . No americans just me . But most of the people here are long time famlies . How much is trailer . WE have a 20FT 29FT and a 33FT trailer . They are all for rent . PLUS A 37ft WHICH IS MINE . You ask how much . about $400.00 per month with sheets, full kitchen , all under cover. If we find the right person we will move the trailer out and rent or lease the spot buy the year max 10 with a renew option . Spot ranges from 660sq ft to 800sq ft. They have there own meters for elec . Water is $10.00 a month . I am going to add a water tank to each site just in case . We have people storing there boat and jeep here as it is a safe place . Fees are as follows for the summer $15.00 1 day -1 week $102.00 -1 month $400.00. Take care its nice and warm been 103 outside my trailer .Maybe we can help if you would tell us what you are looking for .Also have a large washer and dryer . I know of a nice place out in the light house road . Plus there is a bunch of nice places on the sur side of the river .
Hi Neighbour I live by the river and am starting to think about this year's hurricane evacuation plan. Would you have a trailer for rent (internet access a requirement) and possible storage space for furniture and appliances? Probably for Sept and Oct
Hi, Thanks for responding to my e mail. I really appreciate it!! I am probably way behind the times being away from Mulege for 6 or 7 years now but it looks like rents have at least doubled in that time? I live in a very expensive area (West Sonoma County) north of San Francisco and the prices here and there are not very different according to the rent rates that you wrote about.. ya can't work down there tho so that makes it kind of iffey for a non retiree sort of person without much of an independent income...I still prefer the coast/bahia and swimming in the mornings (and all the rest of the day)..so if you feel like it and you hear of anything that may be available and reasonable, please keep me in mind.. take care
