Trying to get ahold of Roberto Saucedo at The Orchard..Their website has been suspended. Does anyone know if he is back & cleaning up his lovely development?

Roberto is at the Orchard, and the road is passable, but there is still a lot of work to be done. No electric to individual homes, mud everywhere.

The website is down maybe for lack of payment. We cleaned our house out and got elec., and water. It will be up to the individual homeowners to get it cleaned up because i don`t see any help coming from Big Bob.

I'm sure the financial situation there with Roberto is dire...we have been awaiting a return of $5,000.00 REFUNDABLE deposit we made..Promised to return 2 times BEFORE this tragedy.
