Hello,
I am French and I am looking for all kind of informations about French miners who came in Santa Rosalia between 1885 and ... as employees of the Compagnie du Boleo. 2 of my uncles came there as miners in 1892(and not as ingeneers) but I still lack informations : how much were they to come (is there some employees list somewhere), did they come by train from USA or by boat from Santa Cruz, where did they go and did some stay in Mexico ? if someone can help me, I will appreciate.

Thanks for the title of the book.
The only checked trip for the French miners is: boat from Le Havre in France to New York in third class as emigrants, then train to Guaymas, then boat to Santa Rosalia. Before 1892 I am not sure it was the only way to come to Santa Rosalia.
